I recently stayed at Resort Properties of America and I had an average experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the overall condition of the resort was not up to par. The rooms were clean, but they were outdated and in need of some renovation. The amenities were nice, but could use some improvements. Overall, I would rate my stay as average.
