I recently used the services of this roofing company and I must say, their workmanship was satisfactory. The team arrived on time and completed the project within the expected timeframe. 🏠 The website was easy to navigate and provided helpful information. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lackluster. The staff seemed knowledgeable, but there was a lack of warmth and friendliness. Additionally, the pricing was a bit on the higher side compared to other quotes I received. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. The quality of work was decent, but the customer service and pricing could definitely use some improvement.
