I recently used their services for a boat repair and was somewhat satisfied with the overall experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided helpful information about their services. However, the communication with the staff was a bit lackluster, and it took longer than expected to get updates on the progress of the repair. While the quality of the work was decent, I felt that the pricing was on the higher side compared to other similar service providers. Though my experience was not exceptional, it was not entirely disappointing either. I hope they can improve their communication and pricing in the future to provide a more satisfying customer experience.
