I recently used the services of this company and found their approach to be average. While the platform is user-friendly and their products are of good quality, I encountered some issues with the delivery process. The communication from their customer service team was also lacking. However, the overall experience was satisfactory, and the products I received were as expected. I appreciate the effort the company puts into providing a good user experience, but I hope they can improve their delivery and communication processes in the future.
