🤔 I recently signed up for a wireless plan with this company based on positive reviews online. However, my experience so far has been quite average. 😐 The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which is a plus. However, I found their plans to be a bit on the pricier side compared to other providers in the market. The customer service was satisfactory, but not exceptional. It took a while to get a response to my queries, and the representatives seemed a bit indifferent. 🤷‍♀️ The network coverage is decent, although I have noticed a few signal drops in certain areas. Overall, I would say it's an average company with room for improvement. I might consider exploring other options when my contract ends. ⭐⭐⭐
