I had an average experience at the Keraton at the Plaza, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jakarta. The service was satisfactory, but there were some areas for improvement. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety of options, but the quality of the food could have been better. The room was spacious and clean, but the furniture seemed a bit outdated. Overall, my stay was okay, but I expected more from a luxury hotel.
