I had a mixed experience with Alternate Health. While their website is visually appealing and they have a good selection of products, I encountered some issues with their customer service. It took multiple attempts to get a response to my inquiries, and when I finally did, the answers were not very helpful. However, once the issue was resolved, I received my order promptly. Overall, my experience was average.
