I recently hired a construction company for a renovation project, and my experience was quite average. The website was easy to navigate and had some helpful information, but I had expected more details about their previous projects. 😕 When I reached out for a quote, the response time was slow, and the initial estimate was higher than I had anticipated. The actual construction work was completed on time, but the communication throughout the project could have been better. The final result was decent, but there were a few minor issues that needed addressing. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there's room for improvement in terms of customer service and project transparency.
