The overall experience with Hyundai u&i was average. The website hyundai-uni.com was easy to navigate, but I expected more from the products and services provided. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of quality and customer support. The range of products is decent, but I felt that some of them were overpriced. I hope Hyundai u&i takes customer feedback seriously and works towards enhancing their offerings.
