I had mixed feelings about Infinite Accounting & Tax Solutions. While their customer service was commendable, the overall experience was not as smooth as I had hoped. The initial consultation was thorough, but I encountered some delays during the filing process. The accuracy of my return was satisfactory, but the communication could have been better. Despite these drawbacks, they were able to resolve any issues promptly. In conclusion, I believe there is room for improvement, but they offer a decent service overall.
