Hot Yoga Plus is a gem! The classes are well-structured, and the instructors are knowledgeable, providing helpful cues and modifications. The studio is spacious, clean, and has a calming ambiance. I appreciate the attention given to alignment and the focus on breath during the practice. Coming here has greatly improved my flexibility and strength. Overall, it's a wonderful place to practice yoga with a supportive community!
