👌 Sheena's Place is doing incredible work in the mental health community. The support groups they offer are a lifeline for many individuals. The facilitators create a safe and inclusive space for everyone to share their experiences and gain support. I have personally benefited from attending the support groups at Sheena's Place, and I am grateful for the sense of belonging and understanding I have found there. Highly recommend!
