I recently hired a construction company for a home improvement project, and I must say, the experience was quite average. The company's website provided a good overview of their services, but I found the actual execution to be lacking in attention to detail and communication. The project was completed within the estimated timeframe, but there were a few hiccups along the way that could have been avoided with better project management. The team was polite and professional, but I felt like there could have been more proactive communication about the progress of the project. Overall, I would say that the company is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of delivering a more seamless and satisfying customer experience.
