Filene's basement is an average company. The website, filenesbasement.com, is easy to use and navigate. The prices are reasonable and there are some good deals to be found. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very helpful or friendly. Overall, my experience with Filene's basement was just okay.
