I am a long-time tenant of Morningside Heights Housing Corporation and I have had a generally positive experience living here. The management is responsive to maintenance requests and the common areas are always kept clean. The location is great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
