I have been a customer of the power company for quite some time now. The service provided by them is satisfactory. The power outages in my area are frequent, but the company tries to resolve the issues in a timely manner. The customer support team is responsive, but sometimes it takes a while to get a resolution. Overall, my experience has been average.
