My experience with Air taxi was not the best. The website was slow and confusing to navigate. The booking process took longer than expected and there were no clear instructions. The flight itself was fine, but the seats were uncomfortable and there was not enough legroom. The staff was polite, but not very helpful. Overall, I was disappointed with the service.
