I recently had the opportunity to work with a construction company for a renovation project. After some research, I came across Underwood Construction's website. First impressions were positive, as the website was user-friendly and informative. However, my experience with the company turned out to be just average. While the quality of their work was decent, it lacked the attention to detail and finesse I was hoping for. The project was completed within the agreed timeline, but there were a few hiccups along the way. Communication could have been better, as I often had to follow up on progress updates. The team was friendly and professional, but I expected a higher level of expertise. Overall, Underwood Construction provided an acceptable service, but I believe there are other companies out there that could offer a more exceptional experience.
