I recently used the pest control services from zappestcontrolutah.com and felt the overall experience was pretty average. While the technician was knowledgeable and courteous, I was disappointed with the effectiveness of the treatment. 🤷‍♀️ The pests seemed to reappear sooner than I had expected, which was quite frustrating. On the positive side, the scheduling process was smooth, and the customer service was responsive to my inquiries. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the quality of the service provided. If the company can enhance the results of their treatments, they would definitely earn a higher rating from me.
