I recently used their point-of-sale system for my restaurant and found it to be just average. While the system was relatively easy to use and had some helpful features, I also encountered a few technical glitches and bugs that were frustrating to deal with during service. The customer service was responsive but could have been more efficient in resolving issues. The company's website provided some useful information, but navigating through it was a bit confusing at times. Overall, the experience was decent, but there is certainly room for improvement in terms of system reliability and user-friendly interface.
