I recently had a deck installed by them and I was impressed by the quality of the work. The materials used were of top-notch quality and the installation was done in a timely manner. However, there were a few communication issues that made the process a bit frustrating. The customer service was not as responsive as I would have liked, and there were some misunderstandings about the design. Overall, the final product was good, but the experience could have been smoother. I would recommend them if you're willing to be patient and stay on top of the details. 🙂
