I recently purchased some bindery equipment and supplies from this company. While their website was easy to navigate and had a wide range of products to choose from, I found the overall experience to be average. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, and the customer service representative was polite and helpful when I had a few questions. However, the shipping took longer than expected, and I had to wait almost a week for my order to arrive. Additionally, some of the equipment I received was not in the best condition, with a few minor scratches and dents. Overall, the products I purchased were functional and met my needs, but the experience was not exceptional. I would consider shopping with them again in the future, but I would also explore other options before making a final decision.
