I am a long-time customer of Roanoke Rapids Savings Bank and I must say that their service has been consistently average. While they do perform the basic banking functions competently, there is nothing exceptional about their offerings. I have found their rates to be on par with other banks in the area, but they lack some of the more advanced features and technology that other banks have. Overall, I would describe my experience with Roanoke Rapids Savings Bank as satisfactory, but not outstanding.
