I recently bought some furniture from a design company, and my experience was average. The products were decent, but I expected better quality for the price. The delivery took longer than expected, which was disappointing. However, the customer service team was helpful in resolving my issues. Overall, I would rate Charles Alan Design as an average company with room for improvement.
