I recently engaged with a human resources company for my business needs, and I must say that I was not entirely impressed. The level of professionalism and expertise demonstrated by the team was satisfactory but did not exceed my expectations. While they provided the basic HR services required, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and overall efficiency.
