I was not satisfied with the tax assessment service provided by Jackson County Tax Assessor's. The customer service was subpar, and it took them a long time to respond to my inquiries. The website was also difficult to navigate, and I had trouble finding the information I needed. I expected better from this company. They need to improve their communication and streamline their processes. I would not recommend their services.
