I had an average experience with a web design company when I hired Casso media. The overall process was smooth, but I expected more creativity and innovation in the design phase. The team was professional, but the final design didn't fully meet my expectations. However, they made revisions and improvements based on my feedback. The website still serves its purpose, but I believe there is room for improvement.
