Amala Yoga Studio is the best! The instructors are amazing and create a nurturing environment for all students. The studio is clean, peaceful, and has a wide variety of classes to choose from. The instructors always provide modifications and adjustments to ensure everyone's safety and progress. I love the positive energy and sense of community at the studio. Highly recommend!
