I recently worked with this company on a design and manufacturing project. I found the communication to be quite efficient, with prompt responses to my queries. The team was courteous and seemed knowledgeable about their field. However, I did encounter some delays in the production process, which impacted our overall timeline. Additionally, I felt that the final product did not fully meet the specifications we had discussed, requiring some adjustments on our end. While the overall experience was satisfactory, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of quality control and adherence to agreed-upon timelines.
