I recently purchased some sweeteners from this company's website and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was simple. However, the product quality was just okay. The sweeteners were not as flavorful as I had hoped, and I found myself needing to use more than usual to achieve the desired level of sweetness. The packaging was also not very attractive, but it did its job. On the positive side, the delivery was prompt, and the customer service was satisfactory. They answered my inquiries in a timely manner and were helpful with my concerns. While my experience with this company was not exceptional, it was not terrible either. I would consider trying their products again in the future, but with slightly tempered expectations.
