The customer service at Ns trade house is average. They were helpful when I had questions about their products, but they were not particularly friendly or attentive. The shipping was fast and the products were as described, but the overall experience was just okay. I would recommend Ns trade house if you are looking for a reliable online retailer, but don't expect anything exceptional.
