I am a long-time customer of Holycross and I must say that their service is average. Although they have a good website at hradminassist.com, their customer support could be improved. The representatives are not always available and the response time is longer than expected. Overall, I would say that Holycross is an okay option if you are in need of HR administrative assistance.
