I recently had an experience with a consulting company and it was quite average. The website was easy to navigate and had a professional look. However, when it came to their services, I found them to be just average. The consultants seemed knowledgeable but lacked a personal touch in their approach. They provided solutions to my problems, but I felt like they were just going through the motions without really understanding my specific needs. The communication was decent, but there were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Overall, my experience with this company was average. They deliver what they promise, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and a more tailored approach to their clients' requirements.
