As a customer, I have had an average experience with this law firm. The website is easy to navigate, and I appreciate the clear and concise information provided on their practice areas. However, I found the responsiveness of the team to be lacking. It often took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries or updates on my case. Additionally, the level of communication could have been improved. There were times when I felt left in the dark and unsure of the progress being made on my matter. On the positive side, the attorneys I worked with were knowledgeable and professional. They were able to provide solid legal advice and guide me through the process. Overall, while there were areas for improvement, the firm delivered satisfactory service.
