I recently used the services of this company and found their website to be very user-friendly with a good range of property listings. However, I was a bit disappointed with the response time from their customer service team when I had some questions. It took quite a while to get a follow-up, which was frustrating. On the positive side, their agents were knowledgeable and professional during the viewing process. I did appreciate that. The company could definitely benefit from improving their communication and response time to better meet customer needs. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. Hopefully, the company will take steps to enhance their customer service and improve the overall experience. 🏠
