I had a mixed experience with POWER Action Group. Their website on bls.gov was informative and easy to navigate, but their customer service was lacking. It took multiple attempts to reach a representative and there were long wait times. However, once I was able to speak with someone, they were knowledgeable and helpful. The overall experience was average.
