I've had a mediocre experience with the Abilene Regional Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse. While the staff was generally helpful, the programs lacked the depth and individualized approach I expected. The website, abirecovery.org, provided useful information, but I felt that more could be done to improve the overall effectiveness of their services.
