Ají Amarillo is a hidden gem. The food is absolutely incredible, bursting with flavors that transports you to Peru. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff who made the experience even better. They have a wide variety of dishes to choose from, each better than the last. I can't wait to go back and try more!
