I had a mixed experience with Travelstride. While I found their website easy to navigate and their customer service helpful, I was disappointed with the limited range of tour options available. The communication with the tour operators was smooth, but the overall experience did not live up to my expectations. However, I must say that the tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, and I enjoyed the itinerary. Overall, it was an average experience.
