I have been using Pplconnect for a few months now ...

I have been using Pplconnect for a few months now and I must say it has been an average experience. The app does what it says - allowing me to send and receive SMS from my computer. However, I find the interface a bit clunky and it takes some time to get used to. The customer support is also average, as they have been slow to respond to my queries. Overall, it gets the job done but there is definitely room for improvement.
