I recently purchased a bike accessory from this company's website. The ordering process was smooth and delivery was on time. The product itself was average, nothing outstanding but it did what it was supposed to do. However, I did have an issue with the customer service. I reached out to them regarding a query I had, but the response took longer than expected. When I finally received a response, it was not very helpful and left me feeling a bit frustrated. The website itself also felt a bit outdated and could use some improvements in terms of user experience. Overall, I would say my experience with this company was average. The product was decent, but the customer service and website could definitely use some improvement.
