I've been a customer of Noho Star Inc for several years now and I have to say that their service is consistently average. Nothing impressive, but nothing terrible either. The food is decent and the staff is friendly, but there's nothing that stands out about this place. It's just your run-of-the-mill restaurant. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but if you're in the area and looking for a quick meal, it's not a bad option.
