As a customer, I found the services of this company to be average. The website is user-friendly and provides a lot of helpful information about their products and services. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries, and the representatives seemed a bit disconnected from my concerns. Additionally, the pricing was a bit higher than what I expected for the value provided. On a positive note, the product itself is fairly reliable and has helped me manage my fleet more effectively. Overall, I would say that the company has some good aspects, but there is definitely room for improvement in their customer service and pricing.
