I've been using Connect Channel Pty Ltd for a while now and I must say they provide an average service. The website connect.tv is easy to navigate and the support team is responsive, but I think there is much room for improvement. The pricing plans are a bit steep compared to their competitors, and sometimes the streaming quality is not up to my expectations. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
