I have been a customer of One.com for a few years now and I must say, their service is average. While they do offer a good range of features and have a user-friendly interface, the support could be improved. There have been a few instances where I had issues and it took a while to get a response from their team. Overall, it's a decent hosting provider, but there is definitely room for improvement.
