I have been working with a consulting firm, and I must say their service is mediocre. While they have some knowledgeable consultants, their overall approach lacks innovation and creativity. The solutions they provide are often cookie-cutter and don't address the unique needs of our business. Communication is also a struggle, with frequent delays in response. Overall, I would say there is room for improvement.
