I have mixed feelings about Hip & vip. While their products are of good quality, the customer service needs improvement. I faced some issues with a recent order and it took a while to get a response from their support team. However, once the issue was resolved, the rest of the experience was satisfactory. Overall, I would say Hip & vip is an average company.
