I recently had the opportunity to go diving with this company during my vacation in Sharm El Sheikh. While the experience was overall satisfactory, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Firstly, the website was not very user-friendly and lacked detailed information about the different dive packages and prices. Secondly, the communication with the staff was somewhat lacking and it took a while to get responses to my inquiries. However, once on the dive boat, the instructors and guides were knowledgeable and ensured our safety throughout the dives. The equipment provided was also well-maintained. The dive sites themselves were decent, but I felt they could have been more picturesque and had better marine life. Overall, my experience with this company was average. With some improvements in the website, communication, and dive sites, they have the potential to offer a more exceptional diving experience.
