I recently booked a language trip through a company website. The process was quite straightforward and the website was user-friendly. However, I found the overall experience to be average. The customer service was satisfactory, but not exceptional. There were a few delays in their response time, which affected my trip planning.

In terms of the language course itself, it was adequate. The teachers were knowledgeable and supportive, yet there were times when the class felt a bit overcrowded, making it challenging to fully engage and interact with the instructor. Additionally, I felt that there could have been more variety in the learning materials and activities provided.

The accommodations offered were decent, although not particularly impressive. The room was clean and functional, but lacked any special amenities or unique touches.

Overall, my experience with this company was average. It provided me with the basics for a language trip, but did not exceed my expectations in any way.
