I had a mixed experience with Rockbound computer. While the website was user-friendly and had a good selection of products, the customer service was lacking. I had some questions about a specific product and it took a long time to get a response. Additionally, the shipping took longer than expected. However, the product itself was of good quality and I had no issues with it. Overall, I would still recommend Rockbound computer for their products, but improvements could be made in their customer service.
